Hotel Inglaterra Policies
Guarantee Policy:A credit card is required to guarantee a reservation and a charge will be made.
No Show Policy: In the case that a guest does not show to his or her reservation, the credit card on file for the reservation will be charge one night.
Cancellation Policy: To make a cancellation a guest must contact the hotel 48 hours prior to the reservation arrival date so that there are not charges. If no contact is made, all charges will be made to the credit card on file for the reservation.
Refund Policy: A refund is acceptable as long as the refund is made on the card that the reservation was made.
Confidentiality Agreement: Security is our highest priority to assure confidentiality of your personal information. All information gathered through our website is securely stored, this includes personal information, such as first and last name, personal and business addresses, telephone numbers, zip code and e-mail. None of the information that you give us will be shared with unauthorized third parties.
